Welcome to Mt. LeConte Lookout!! We love our cozy home tucked away in the Smoky Mountains and can't wait to share it with you!
(Please be advised this is a 100% NON-SMOKING property. Vaping is allowed outside ONLY.)
We have put a ton of love into our rustic mountain family getaway and have added many upgrades including all new laminate plank flooring, flat-screen ROKU TVs, new furniture, and little amenities here and there including board games and puzzles. Brand new linens and decor items now adorn the home, making it very comfortable and cozy...you may not ever want to leave. And the best part? The direct view of Mt. LeConte while sitting in a rocking chair on the porch!
Be sure get a photo with our mascot, Beauregard D. Bear or "Bo" as we affectionately call him. He stands watch on the front porch and is there to greet all of our guests. He always wears a smile to greet you!
We have chosen the décor and furnishings very carefully and you will find many black bears, elk, and rustic touches throughout...how many bears can you count in the cabin and outside?
Mt. LeConte Lookout is perfect for one or two couples or a family of six...you can even bring Fido! The primary bedroom is cozy and romantic with a king-size log bed. The rustic quilt and cozy electric fireplace with remote make it a sanctuary and a 40" flat-screen streaming ROKU TV allows viewing of your favorite shows while snuggled in bed. It also has an ensuite full bath with jetted tub and rainfall shower head. The secondary bedroom also offers a king-size log bed with comfortable quilt, an electric fireplace with remote, and a 40" flat-screen streaming ROKU TV.
The common area is open concept with a beamed cathedral ceiling and includes the living room, dining area and full kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa and rocker-recliner, a 40" flat-screen streaming ROKU TV and stone electric fireplace that is oh so romantic and cozy. You can view Mt. LeConte through the window while wrapped up in a blanket on the couch. The dining area includes a farm table with bench and chair seating for six and a faux deer antler chandelier. It is adjacent to the kitchen, which makes mealtime easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we could think of to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. You can even bake cookies!
A new Keurig with complimentary pods, a regular coffee maker, a 4-slice wide-slot toaster, casserole dishes, blender, and slow-cooker have been added to the kitchen to make things as easy as possible for your dining needs during your stay.
